Rebecca Blood has posted her recent address to Blogtalk in Vienna, and one of her most important points has to do with finding our ways into real dialogue (as opposed to echo chambers where all we hear is our own set of viewpoints). I think this is a very important issue she's dealing with, and she pointed to two very interesting blogs that are attempting to do this. One is set in Northern Ireland, and one deals with India and Pakistan. Both are contexts in which disagreement has a long history of violence associated with it. I can't help thinking that there might be some hope here...
