I noticed this morning that George Lakoff is scheduled to be on the Radio for America radio show tonight, and I was curious as to why. It turns out that he's affiliated with the Rockridge Institute, a place that's trying to build some bridges between academe and public policy debates along progressive lines. I'm going to listen in tonight (it starts at 6 pm Eastern, 5 pm Central). I've enjoyed his work on metaphor over the years, and I'll be curious to see what he has to say about the primaries.
