Kerry's testimony on Vietnam
A couple of days ago, while I was driving home from my office, I happened to hear most of
John Kerry's testimony back in the '70's about the Vietnam war. It was one of the most moving statements I've heard, and made me want to support him strongly. He may be a more cautious, experienced politician now, but my hunch is that some part of the person who gave that statement is still present now. And listening to it (or even reading the
transcript) is chilling, since it is so applicable today.
