Lessig links
Thanks to
Lawrence Lessig for these links. First, the
Wikimania award finalists -- a whole group of wonderful entries created for the
wikipedia; and second, a bunch of
"mash-ups" of famous politicians. Some of the pieces at this last site are truly funny, but I have to admit, as I scrolled down the list, to a huge sinking sensation when I realized that the only female politician on the long list was Margaret Thatcher. And perhaps it goes without saying but must be pointed out nonetheless, that the only non-white politician was Martin Luther King, Jr.
