Sabbath and self-care
The latest edition of
Caring Connections has just been released online. It's a newsletter put out by
a group of Lutheran practitioners of pastoral care and counseling, and they always have useful articles. This edition has tons of good stuff in it about sabbath and self-care for pastoral leaders.
