Adán notes some interesting pieces he found while surfing, looking for chicano scholarship on religion. I think you can find some additional places to look at PARAL (or, the Program for Analysis of Religion Among Latinos). I need to go down to the book exhibits (since I'm here in Atlanta at AAR/SBL), and see what's there because there are often a few good things scattered amongst everything.
